Centennial College, an independent College established by The University of Hong Kong, is a post-secondary college registered under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap. 320). Part-time Lecturers [RE: 2021/22-PT-0003-CMT]

Requirements

Candidates should have at least a Master’s degree, preferably a doctoral degree, in the relevant disciplines. Full-time teaching experience at tertiary level and/or a teaching qualification will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate students are required. Preference will be given to those with strong academic/professional background and relevant professional qualifications and membership

Duties

The candidates will teach the following course at the undergraduate level:

Women and Public Policy
This course aims to exam how policies of different aspects, including education, health care, reproduction, employment, economic equity, family law, child care, and criminal justice, impact on women.
 

Terms of Appointment

A total of 36 teaching hours (3 hours face-to-face lecture during weekdays per week). Appointment period: 10 January 2022 to 30 June 2022.
