Executive Assistant II [RF: 2016/17-FT-018-CMT ]
The appointee in the President’s Office will provide secretarial and administrative support to the senior management, including general/telephone enquiries, word processing and data input, liaison with internal and external parties, meeting arrangements and any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Level 2 or above in five subjects (including English and Chinese Languages) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or Grade E or above in five subjects (including English and Chinese Languages) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. A Bachelor’s Degree will be an advantage. Candidates with 1 year or more relevant experience is preferred. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua) with strong interpersonal and customers service skills, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, good team player and tactful with people, and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential.
Terms of Appointment
Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract.
